Bigfoot Sabotage
by Deirdre Kessler

Juvenile novel, 144 pages, for readers 9-12.

A gripping story that combines fantasy and realism. Maya and Jake live on a farm at the edge of an old-growth forest on the West Coast of North America. The sister and brother have been experimenting with dream flight and lucid dreaming.

One night as she practices dream flying, Maya sees a family of sasquatch in a mountain cave. The next day, on a hike into the mountains, Maya and Jake find a cave and evidence of what they are sure is a bigfoot family.

When a logging operation threatens to destroy the forest and expose the cave, Maya and Jake must make tough decisions about taking the law into their own hands.
